Job summary

Nature’s Way Foods is seeking an experienced Line Leader for our Chichester facility. This hands-on supervisory role focuses on leading a team to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting daily targets. We offer a £1,500 signing bonus after 12 weeks and a competitive salary for day or night shifts.

The role requires coordinating Production Operatives and agency staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and driving performance improvements in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Supervisory experience with machine operation.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs and production targets.
• Ability to coach, motivate and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Production Operatives and agency colleagues.
• Maintain health and safety, GMP and customer standards.
• Monitor line performance and take corrective actions to reduce waste.
• Deliver clear shift handovers and drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate major issues as needed.
