Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe at Ruskington site is hiring Line Leaders to help run our snacking production lines. Roles involve ensuring production targets are met and products are produced and packaged to customer specifications while enforcing H&S and Food Safety standards.

Shifts include mornings and afternoons on a 5-in-6 rolling pattern with a permanent Sunday off. We offer competitive pay with overtime at premium rates, a good holiday scheme, breaks and free hot drinks, plus opportunities for

Qualifications

• Previous experience as machine operative or in a similar role.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic literacy and numeracy.
• Hands-on approach and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets are met and products are produced and packaged to customer specifications.
• Adhere to Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Support a 5 out of 6 day rolling shift pattern with Sundays off.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness on the line and assist team members as needed.

We specialise in Snacking Products which include Scotch Eggs, cocktail sausages, mini filled bites and seasonal products.

Successful candidates will join us on permanent basis. In your role you will be ensure that production targets are met and all our products are produced & packaged to high standard and according to the customer specification whilst ensuring team members are adhering to Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
