The Best Connection is seeking Production Line Leaders for a site in Dunkeswell near Honiton. Permanent positions after a successful trial period, with weekly pay and a range of benefits.

You will manage production staff, drive output toward targets, ensure health and safety compliance, and troubleshoot quality issues. Overtime rates are attractive and there are clear progression opportunities within a rapidly growing company.

Job description

Production Line Leaders required for our client based in Dunkeswell. Permanent positions following a successful trial period.

Main duties include manage production staff, working towards targets, maintaining operational control, adhering to health and safety compliance, troubleshooting and quality control.

Pay Rates:

• £15.68 - £17.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift:

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday (06:00 - 16:00)
• PM Shift: Monday to Thursday (16:00 - 02:00)
