Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Gallico Lounge. The role offers up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals from day one and 50% off food & drinks across all brands from day one.

As part of our busy kitchen you’ll cook to spec, support the Head Chef, keep the station clean and safe, and help deliver great guest experiences across all-day menus. This is a flexible, all-day role with potential for progression in a growing brand with 300+ sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef/Line Chef/Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to follow food safety and allergen processes.
• Reliable team player with good communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
