Greencore Northampton is seeking a Team Leader to drive safety, quality and productivity on site. You will lead a team across manufacturing units, ensure compliance with HSE and food safety standards, and coach colleagues to meet daily production plans.

An effective communicator with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels, provide accurate reporting, and confidently lead and guide a team.
Demonstrates strong initiative, with the ability to work independently, identify issues proactively, and implement timely, effective solutions.
Capable of leading the team independently and confidently stepping up to cover the Manager's responsibilities during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
Demonstrated experience of managing, leading, and motivating a diverse workforce, fostering a high-performing team that consistently delivers excellent results.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience of applying lean manufacturing principles to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
Holds recognised Food Hygiene and Food Safety qualifications/accreditations.
Proven experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor within an FMCG environment, preferably in food manufacturing.
