Center Parcs Sherwood Forest is seeking a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervising Kitchen Assistants in the absence of a Kitchen Manager. The role involves early shifts, weekends, and bank holidays in a busy kitchen environment.

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period, with additional hours as needed to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as Line Cook or Junior Chef de Partie preparing, cooking and presenting menu items to high standards.
• Ability to supervise Kitchen Assistants in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

We are seeking a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

Your working hours
