Job summary

Center Parcs Sherwood Forest is seeking a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie for takeaway service. You will prepare and present dishes to high standards, keep the kitchen clean and compliant with food safety rules, and help manage stock and waste to hit cost targets.

This full-time role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen role such as Line Cook or Kitchen Assistant.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and HACCP processes.
• Ability to assist in menu prep and kitchen procedures.

Your working hours

• Full time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
