Job summary

donkeygr is hiring a Line Cook in Winchester to oversee line operations during shifts and uphold our high standards for food quality and safety.

You will contribute to a team-focused, growth-minded kitchen, working full-time with opportunities to learn and advance through cross-training and structured raises.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred.
• Open to all skill levels with drive and motivation to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee line operations during the shift.
• Maintain food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness.
• Stock and manage products, including waste control.
• Ensure proper portion sizes and adherence to quality standards.

Areas of Focus (including but not limited to):

• Handling high volume in a full service restaurant
• Showcasing pride and ownership over an instagram worthy plate
• Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards
• Stocking and product management including waste control
• Keeping things clean and organized
• Following all food safety standards and procedures

Requirements

• Those with previous experience excel well in this fast paced environment, however we can work with any skill set if you bring the drive and motivation to learn.
