Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking passionate chefs to join our busy kitchen in the UK. You will master authentic BBQ cooking and work on a vibrant grill and smokin’ line. We offer a competitive hourly package with tips and extensive career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in a busy kitchen, preferably BBQ/grill.
• Ability to work flexibly including weekends and holidays.
• Strong passion for delivering quality hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to Hickory's standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
• Support the team with prep and line service during shifts.
