Hickory's Smokehouse is looking for an enthusiastic Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will work on authentic BBQ dishes, using smoker techniques and high-output cooking to deliver real food. The role offers progression opportunities and a culture that values work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience cookingBBQ style and high-volume kitchen work.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper sanitation.
