Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking passionate chefs to master authentic BBQ cooking and join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a busy kitchen.

You will be trained in our signature smoking techniques and supported with a culture that values work–life balance and progression opportunities within the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking BBQ and grills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Passion for real food and smoking techniques.
