With a warehouse and workshop, they deliver bespoke live event production and scenic solutions for a wide range of prestige live events across the UK. The company has a close-knit team and a relaxed working environment, making it a great place to work.

The role

We are now supporting this company by hiring a Lighting Technician to join their friendly team. This varied role involves working on a wide range of live events, including weddings, corporate events, high-end private parties, and brand activations. The role includes installing and operating lighting systems to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

About you

You should have a strong lighting focus, with an understanding of audio, video, power, and rigging. Experience with lighting consoles such as GrandMA, Avolites, or Chamsys is essential. You should be capable of troubleshooting and repairing basic faults in equipment and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels. A driving license is preferred, and flexibility for evening and weekend work is necessary due to the event schedule. Overtime is paid. Previous experience in events is required for this role.
