Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a proactive Lighting & Renewables Solutions Manager to head the Lighting Solutions Team. You will build and run a team of Lighting Designers and Business Development Managers to grow this key business stream across Rexel UK.

You will lead customer-facing design projects, present technical solutions with confidence, and guide colleagues across branches with strategic market insights, driving training and CPD adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Lighting Industry.
• Aptitude for leading a developing a team into a market leading position.
• Confident to talk to customer partners about Rexels offer plan and value add services.
• Strong technical understanding of Lighting products and installation requirements.
• Proven experience developing a sales pipeline and achieving area sales targets.
• Commercially focused with experience of managing CPM and supplier relationships.
• Confident presenter and communicator with the ability to influence both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work collaboratively with branch networks and cross-functional teams.

Rexel UK are looking for a proactive experienced lighting professional to head up our Lighting Solutions Team.
