Job summary

Nottingham Trent University is seeking a Teaching-Focused Lecturer in Event Production - Lighting to deliver high-quality teaching and learning activities. You will contribute to module delivery, course content and ensure an engaging and inclusive student experience, while supporting recruitment events and pastoral care.

You will work with course leadership to organise resources and contribute to curriculum design, using a range of digital tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent professional experience and/or teaching qualifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver engaging teaching.
• Experience in higher education teaching or higher education environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning activities within the school.
• Contribute to module delivery and course content to ensure an engaging and inclusive student experience.
• Support student recruitment events, departmental meetings, and pastoral support to students.
• Organise teaching resources with course leadership and contribute to curriculum design and enhancements.
