Overview

Lighting Coordinator – Location: Ireland or UK / Remote. Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and skills. Full time - Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (flexibility). Join a Bright Future – Become Our Lighting Coordinator!

What You'll Do

As our Lighting Projects Coordinator, you’ll be the linchpin between sales, design, and suppliers. You’ll manage the full technical process:

  • Translate project briefs into accurate lighting specs
  • Coordinate lighting designs (Dialux/Relux)
  • Ensure emergency lighting compliance (IS 3217 / BS 5266)
  • Source products and negotiate lead times with suppliers
  • Prepare professional quote packs that win trust and business
  • Keep projects organised and on track with clear version control
  • Support sales by freeing them to focus on client success
