Pentagon Motor Group in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to service and repair cars and light commercial vehicles, delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ workshop experience.
• Experience with commercial vehicles/vans and/or passenger vehicles.
• Basic diagnostic experience.
• MOT Licence desirable, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points).
• A positive, team-focused attitude and pride in your work.
• Commercial vehicle experience is highly desirable, but we’re also keen to hear from experienced Technicians looking to develop their skills in this area.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing cars and light commercial vehicles
• Carrying out basic diagnostics and fault finding
• Completing vehicle health checks
• Working to manufacturer standards
• Ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy and ready for customers
