Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician – Light Commercial Vehicles for a 4-day week. Join our Aftersales Team and help service, diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards.

You will need Level 3 NVQ or equivalent, 3+ years’ workshop experience, and a full UK driving licence (max 6 points). Benefits include an amazing package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ workshop experience.
• Experience with commercial vans and/or passenger vehicles.
• Full UK driving licence (6 points max).

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing cars and light commercial vehicles.
• Carrying out basic diagnostics and fault finding.
• Completing vehicle health checks to manufacturer standards.
• Ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy and ready for customers.
• Delivering high-quality workmanship within a supportive team.

Pentagon Motor Group is looking for a skilled Technician to join our growing Glasgow Aftersales Team, working across cars and light commercial vehicles.

Whether you’re from a franchised dealership, commercial vehicle workshop or independent garage, if you take pride in delivering quality workmanship, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing cars and light commercial vehicles
• Carrying out basic diagnostics and fault finding

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, team-focused attitude and pride in your work

Commercial vehicle experience is highly desirable, but we’re also keen to hear from experienced Technicians looking to develop their skills in this area.
