Job summary

Stannah, a British family-owned company, is seeking a Lift Technician for the Ringwood Branch covering the South of England. You will work on installation, removal and refurbishment of lifts, perform on-site supervision, and ensure safety and quality standards as per LOLER/PUWER.

The role includes a company vehicle for travel within the designated area; 39-hour week with overtime paid after 44 hours. NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or working towards NVQ4 and a valid driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering or working towards NVQ Level 4 Lift Engineering
• Full driving licence

Responsibilities

• Day to day site supervision of lift removals, installations and refurbishments
• Monitoring site safety, quality, compliance with specification and measuring performance of sub- contractors

Are you a qualified Lift Technician in the Lift Industry? Do you have a passion for Lifts and would like to work for a Company that values it's employees and has great benefits.

We have a great opportunity for a Lift Technician to join our Ringwood Branch working across the South of England. This is a great chance to join a well known family run company.

As a Lift Technician it is essential that you have good experience of working within a technical, installation or repair type role, working on all types of Industrial Lifts.

You will be expected to complete technical assessments and determine any faults, providing resolutions, along with process and cost reporting.

A company vehicle will be provided as part of the role to allow you to travel around your designated area.

All of our Lift Technicians carry out thorough examinations as required by LOLER. Testing lifts to BS 8486 standards.

We are looking for engineers who have good understanding of PUWER, LOLER, MD, LD, MANAGING SAFELY,R.A. techniques.

The working week is 39 and overtime (if required to meet the business needs) is paid after 44 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
