Position: Lift Supervisor

Location: Sittingbourne, Kent

Start date: 29.09

Duration: 6 weeks

Hours of Work: Mon-Sat, 60hrs/week + Overtime

PAYE Pay Rates:

Mon-Fri, All Hours: £28.00/hr including £3.01/hr Holiday Pay

Sat-Sun, All Hours: £35.00/hr including £3.76/hr Holiday Pay

The Role

Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for a Lift Supervisor for a structural steel installation project on the Isle of Sheppey near Sittingbourne. Duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating crane operations during standard working hours.
• Conducting thorough pre-operational checks on cranes and lifting equipment.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Providing clear guidance to crane operators and collaborating closely with site personnel.
• Assisting in planning and scheduling lifting activities in coordination with site management.

Requirements

• CPCS card for Lift Supervisor
• CPCS Slinger Signaller card
• Previous experience in the heavy engineering industry; Cement, Power, O&G, Petrochemical, Renewables etc.
