Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a Lift Service Engineer to join our team in Basingstoke. You will manage your own service route and attend lift breakdowns, undertaking planned servicing and maintenance on passenger and goods lifts.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering, about 2 years of relevant experience, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. You will travel across the coverage area and represent the company professionally on customer sites.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer role.
• Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules.
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on Passenger and Goods lifts.
• Self-motivated, reliable and organised.
• Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role.

Responsibilities

• Management of your own lift service route in Basingstoke.
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image at all times as you're a company ambassador on site.
• Travelling throughout the coverage area.
