Responsibilities

• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Provide Service and PPM at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and maximise the first-time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image on-site as a company ambassador.
• Travel throughout the coverage area.
