Arc Elevators is a leading independent lift company, known for our commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining a dedicated service route in your region (Yorkshire, Lancashire or North West, depending on your location). This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and self-motivated individual to manage their own patch while being supported by a collaborative and forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and minor repairs on a range of lift systems
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to minimise downtime
• Maintain service records using our fully paperless system
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the Arc Elevators reputation
• Participate in an on-call rota as required

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in lift servicing and minor repair work
• Strong fault-finding abilities and a proactive approach
• Full UK driving licence
