Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Lift Repair Engineer to cover the UK on a field-based basis. You will ensure passenger safety by maintaining lifts and escalator units, handling routine repairs, and engaging with customers on site to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Hold an NVQ level 3 in escalator service, maintenance, or repair.
• Hold a driver’s license.
• At least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector.
• Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
• Safety comes first in every task.
• Able to communicate effectively and work in a team or alone.
• Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for planned repair work across a territory, from minor to major repairs.
• Work on contractual repairs and quoted repair work.
• Liaise directly with customers on site and build good working relationships.
