Lift Repair Engineer
Based: Manchester and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £45,000

We are a major and well-known lift company. Due to our expanding lift service portfolio, we are seeking a Lift Repair Engineer in the Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Repair Engineer:

• Manage your own lift repair tasks
• Supervise a lift engineer’s mate to ensure work is carried out correctly
• Attend lift breakdowns and perform planned servicing and repairs
• Provide service and PPM work at customer sites
• Offer technical support and advice to customers to maximize first-time fix rate
• Maintain a professional image as a company ambassador on site
• Travel throughout the coverage area

Key requirements of the successful Lift Repair Engineer:

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Lift Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience as a Lift Repair/Maintenance Engineer
• Relevant qualifications, e.g., J Modules
• Proficient in fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of Passenger and Goods lifts
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
• Participation in a call-out rota; route based in the Manchester area
