Stannah Group is seeking a Lift Repair Engineer to cover Reading and surrounding areas. This hands-on role focuses on repairs, fault finding, and keeping lifts running reliably across a local patch with support from a supervisor when needed.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, replace components, attend breakdowns, complete site paperwork, and ensure lifts are returned to service safely and efficiently. A valid UK driving licence is required.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience working as a lift engineer (service/repair).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out repairs and fault finding on lifts.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
• Replacing and upgrading components.
• Attending breakdowns and supporting call-outs.
• Getting lifts back into service safely and efficiently.
• Completing site paperwork and keeping records up to date.

• Covering Reading and nearby areas
• Local, structured patch
• Mix of commercial, residential and public sites
• No unnecessary long-distance travel
