Job summary

Stannah Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lift Project Manager to oversee installation projects from planning to completion. You will manage schedules, subcontractors, and safety standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality results.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget in a busy, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 Installing Lifts is required.
• Project Management qualification is required.
• Understanding/awareness of Lift and Building Standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards.
• Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish.
• Conduct site inspections and project reviews, ensuring installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met.
• Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, close out defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.
