Job summary

Jackson Lift Services Limited is seeking a Service Supervisor at our busy Wimborne office. The role requires strong lift maintenance knowledge and the ability to lead a service team, liaise with clients and suppliers, and drive service improvements.

You will oversee maintenance, breakdowns, site reports and audits, and coordinate with subcontractors while ensuring high customer service standards. A driving licence and DBS check are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a service engineering team.
• Strong knowledge of lift maintenance and repairs.
• Excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a team of Service Engineers for routine maintenance, breakdowns and repairs.
• Update information and respond to messages using the company network.
• Process service reports, callouts, client surveys and audit inspections.
• Conduct technical surveys and risk assessments.
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors for parts and works.
• Attend departmental and client meetings.
