Job summary

Orona is seeking a Lift Field Technician to join the Service Team covering Scotland / Glasgow and surrounding areas. You will be an experienced Service Engineer with an NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering and LEIA training.

You will provide technical support, test lift modernisations, and troubleshoot lift/elevator call outs. You will work independently across a geographical region, growing knowledge of various lift types and equipment.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 4 in Lift Engineering.
• Full clean UK Driving Licence.
• LEIA training, TPBN1_UKTJ where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support using problem solving techniques to provide solutions and recommendations.
• Testing lift modernisations.
• Using your expertise to solve technical problems associated with lift/elevator call outs and repairs.
• Supporting a team of Service Engineers using your experience of working with Orona and other lift products.
• Obtaining and enhancing knowledge on a wide range of lift types and equipment.
• Managing your time covering a geographical region working on your own initiative.
