Job summary

ORONA UK is seeking a Lift Field Technician to join the Service Team covering East London and surrounding areas. You will be an experienced Service Engineer with an NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering and LEIA training.

You will provide technical support, conduct lift modernisations, and diagnose issues on callouts and repairs, while working independently to manage your time across a geographic region.

Qualifications

• Proven lift industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• NVQ Level 4 Lift Engineering qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and clean driving record.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to service engineers and customers.
• Testing lift modernisations and upgrades.
• Diagnosing and solving lift/elevator call outs and repairs.
• Working with the Service Team to share knowledge of Orona and other lift products.
• Managing time across a geographic region and working independently.
• Continuing to build knowledge on various lift types and equipment.

The Role

We are looking for aLift Field Technicianto join our Service Team covering East London and surrounding areas. You will be an experienced Service Engineer with an NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering and LEIA training.

Key Responsibilities

Providing technical support using problem solving techniques to provide solutions and recommendations

Testing lift modernisations

Using your expertise to solve technical problems associated with lift/elevator call outs and repairs

Supporting a team of Service Engineers using your experience of working with Orona and other lift products

Obtaining and enhancing knowledge on a wide range of lift types and equipment

Managing your time covering a geographical region working on your own initiative

What Were Looking For

Proven experience within the lift industry

NVQ level 4

Lift Types Knowledge - Reasonable understanding of all major competiers equipment.

Problem Solving able to identify problems, break them down into smaller elements, pin point possible solutions, prioritise these different elements and construct an action plan for tackling the problem.

Full clean UK Driving Licence

Right to Work in the UK (mandatory)
