Job summary

Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Lifetime Planning Solicitor for its Stroud office, offering hybrid working and a permanent, full-time role. The successful candidate will advise on wills, trusts and LPAs, support succession planning, and develop a modern lifetime planning offering while building trusted client relationships.

The role requires experience in lifetime planning or private client work, strong communication, and a proactive, client-focused approach within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience within Lifetime Planning or wider Private Client work.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to translate complex legal and financial concepts into clear, practical advice.
• Confidence guiding clients who may be uncertain or navigating sensitive family dynamics.

• Strong relationship building skills and motivation to grow networks.
