Bupa UK is seeking a part-time Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator for The Donnington Care Home in Newbury. The role focuses on creating engaging activities for residents and coordinating events, while managing budgets and maintaining records.

Hours: Part Time - 20 hours per week, covering Saturday and Sunday
Salary: £13.30 - £14.30 per hour depending on experience

The Donnington in Newbury focuses on round‑the‑clock support for a wide range of needs. Care provision includes nursing or residential care, convalescence and respite, as well as palliative care support and help for adults with Parkinson’s.
Residents can stay for a week, a month or longer– however long residents or loved ones need support. They’ll get to relax and meet new friends, giving families complete peace of mind. The home has a dedicated respite room that can be booked up to six months in advance, staff are happy to accept last‑minute requests too.
With scenic countryside surroundings, this converted red‑brick Victorian house offers comfortable social environments, light and airy lounges, en‑suite bedrooms and on‑site therapies.
Many activities and fulfilling pastimes are enjoyed within the house, including art classes and musical recitals, with summer fetes and other annual events adding further to home life.

From meditation to wellbeing classes, they boost residents’ spirits and well‑being.
