Bupa UK is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator at Sutton Lodge Care Home in Weybridge. The role involves creating a vibrant activities program, from arts and crafts to social events, while managing a budget and liaising with local entertainers.
You will run daily activity sessions, tailor plans for residents, and support wellbeing initiatives. This is a part-time on-site role with opportunities to engage the community and enhance residents’ quality of life.

Salary: From £13.30 per hour depending on experience
Contract: 22.5 hours per week (3 days per week), including alternate weekends

From meditation to wellbeing classes, they boost residents’ spirits and well-being.
You’re a creative thinker with plenty of ideas, who can also manage budgets and maintain paperwork, effectively managing priorities as they arise. Wanting to make a real difference, you’re interested in caring for others, sharing your sense of humour and spreading your infectious enthusiasm for making people’s lives better.
