Bank Erskine Hall Care Home in Northwood, part of Bupa, invites applications for an Activity Coordinator role. The post covers running daily activity sessions, producing an annual activity plan within budget, and organising special events for residents.

You will also coordinate one-to-one activities, reminiscence sessions, and occasional social media support. The role is full-time with a zero-hours contract, offering flexible patterns and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with plenty of ideas and the ability to plan.
• Able to manage budgets and keep paperwork up to date.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsabilités

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce and update an activity planner for the home within the activities budget.
• Organise birthday surprises and events with external providers.
• Arrange one-to-one activities for residents (reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading, chats).
• Support the home’s social media channels as required.
