Join Our Team as a Lifestyle Manager - Travel - Arabic speaking

Calling travel experts seeking to join an award-winning, crisis-resistant travel and leisure company specializing in luxury products. This role offers hybrid or fully remote work depending on location, providing a great work-life balance.

Ten is looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful individual to join our Travel team as a Luxury Travel Consultant. You will handle leisure travel requests for high-net-worth members, including complex itineraries across the MENA region, Europe, US, and Asia. We seek top talent who are passionate, entrepreneurial, and eager to work in a diverse, global organization with a strong team culture. Your excellent customer service skills, commercial judgment, and passion for travel will ensure high member satisfaction, increased supplier revenue, and repeat business.

Responsibilities:

• Advise premium cardholders via phone, chat, and email in English and Arabic
• Design personalized trips including flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP services, considering all customer needs
• Prepare tailored travel offers and documents, organize visas, and handle administrative tasks
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
• Promote lifestyle services, special offers, and exclusive events
• Conduct research and compile travel proposals
• Maintain detailed records of member preferences and bookings
• Represent TEN, promote our concierge services, and build rapport with members

Requirements:

• Currently residing and authorized to work in the UK
• Fluent in English and native Arabic; additional languages are a plus
• Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent in tourism or related field
• Several years of experience in the travel industry, tour operation, or travel agency
• GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and strong destination expertise
• Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
• Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude aligned with Ten Group values
• Excellent communication skills
• Available full-time (40 hours/week)
• Flexibility to work a 5-day schedule between 6:00-21:00 GMT, Monday to Sunday
