Maria Mallaband Care Group seeks a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging lifestyle activities for residents across our London-area homes. You will support the creation of a welcoming, inclusive programme tailored to residents’ minds, bodies and souls, and work to engage participants of varying abilities.

We offer full training, opportunities for progression, and a rota-based, seven-day shift pattern including weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities are essential.
• Ability to deliver lifestyle sessions and engage residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and deliver welcoming lifestyle activities for residents.
• Support development of a wide-ranging activity programme across Home-based settings.
• Engage residents to participate in activities and foster community links.
