Maria Mallaband Care Group is seeking a friendly, organised individual to plan, create and deliver a welcoming lifestyle programme across our homes. You’ll help residents participate in a wide range of activities designed to support mind, body and soul, adapting to varying levels of ability and interests.

Shifts cover a 7-day rota, including weekends, with full training provided and a clear career pathway. If you value compassionate care and enjoy building strong community links, this role

Formación

• An understanding of the role social interaction plays in the general wellbeing of people.
• Ability to assist in the delivery of lifestyle sessions both on a group and individual basis.
• Ability to assist in the development of strong community links and the delivery of successful events.
• Ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
• Ability to assist in consistent delivery and implementation of new concepts and ideas.
• Demonstration of the potential to develop through the attainment of Lifestyle / Activities training and qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver lifestyle sessions across homes, in groups or one-to-one.
• Support the development of community links and delivery of events.
• Be adaptable to cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.
• Contribute to the implementation of new concepts and ideas in lifestyle activities.
