Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator for Brambles Residential Care Home in Redditch. You will design meaningful experiences reflecting residents’ interests, get to know each resident individually, and collaborate with your team to create an inclusive environment that enriches daily life.

You’ll bring energy, creativity and a genuine care for older people, helping residents live a life well lived with support from a strong, values-driven team.
