Job summary

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator at The Beeches Residential Care Home in Frankley Beeches Road, Northfield, Birmingham B31 5NJ. You will design and deliver meaningful experiences, supporting residents to enjoy diverse activities that enrich daily life.

This part-time role offers 12 hours per week with a pay rate of £13.27 per hour. We value caring, enthusiastic team players who can engage older residents with creativity and empathy.

• Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience

Your role
