Meadow View Residential Care Home in Hersden, Canterbury is seeking a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator to design and deliver experiences and events that reflect residents' interests and lifestyles, and to support individuals to take part in activities they enjoy.

You will work with a friendly team to create an inclusive environment, build connections, and bring energy, creativity and empathy to daily life, with safeguarding checks required.

Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator

Meadow View Residential Care Home, Hersden, Canterbury - Blackthorn Road, CT3 4GB

£13.54 per hour, 18 hours per week

• Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents' interests, preferences and lifestyles
• Take the time to get to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities
• Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life
• Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience
• Bring fresh ideas, creativity and a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful, social and engaging, All roles require safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including criminal records and overseas police checks if needed; for more information, please get in touch.
