Job summary

GLL in Preston is looking for a Flexible Recreation Assistant to join West View Leisure Centre. You will supervise the pool area, set up equipment and provide first-class customer service while addressing customer queries.

When not poolside, you will support the team by preparing studios, gyms or sports halls and helping with overall centre upkeep. Ideally, you'll hold an NPLQ with up-to-date training records; if not, NPLQ training can be provided after a swim test.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service.
• Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Able to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure.
