Job summary

Nuffield Health Ealing Fitness and Wellbeing Centre is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to help keep members safe and well. The role covers supervision of the pool and wet-side facilities, ensuring a friendly, professional environment.

You will be attentive, respond to incidents promptly, and support members using pool, spa, sauna and steam room. The role is 16 hours per week with a pro rata salary of £27,248.

Qualifications

• First aid knowledge is beneficial.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
