Qualifications

• Must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Able to provide ongoing training records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure member safety across pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using facilities.
• Respond to incidents in a timely manner and enforce Pool Safety Guidelines.
