Job summary

Nuffield Health Rugby FWC is seeking a Lifeguard to help keep members safe in the pool, spa, sauna and steam room. This bank/part‑time role pays £12.84 per hour and requires a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.

You will be attentive, friendly and a real team player, able to provide ongoing training records where required and deliver excellent customer care while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold NPLQ or equivalent qualification.
• Bank/part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy in the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents promptly.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
