Job summary

Butlin’s is looking for new Team Members to work across different teams on resort to support guests and deliver a fantastic stay. As a Team Member Plus, you will clean accommodation on Mondays and Fridays and then work in Splash for the rest of the week.

The Splash Waterworld is busy and exciting; training is provided, and roles offer variety across guest-facing areas with no day being the same.

Qualifications

• Energetic, friendly and approachable.
• Comfortable multi-tasking across teams.
• Willingness to learn new duties and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support resort guests across different teams.
• Assist with cleaning accommodation on Mondays and Fridays.
• Work in Splash Waterworld for the remainder of the week, including lifeguard responsibilities as needed.
