Job summary

South Norfolk & Broadland District Council is seeking a motivated individual to join Wymondham Leisure Centre as a lifeguard and customer service assistant. You will supervise the pool and dry side, maintain cleanliness, help set up activities and support tours for schools to ensure a safe, welcoming facility.

Qualifications

• RLSS/NPLQ Lifeguard qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Awareness of Health & Safety and safeguarding in leisure environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool and dry side areas and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with setting up activities and tours for schools.
• Provide excellent customer service to members of the public.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe and ready for business.
