Job summary

Stanground Academy, part of Greenwood Academies Trust, seeks a Leisure Assistant (Zero Hours) to help maintain a safe and enjoyable leisure environment. You will supervise poolside areas, perform facility checks, assist customers and promote excellent service in a dynamic, people-focused setting.

The role emphasizes energy, reliability and a willingness to work flexible shifts to support our busy leisure facilities.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Customer-focused and energetic with good communication.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and potentially weekends/evenings.
• Experience in poolside supervision or leisure facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with poolside supervision and regular facility checks.
• Support customers and promote high-quality service and safety.
• Ensure safety compliance and contribute to a welcoming leisure environment.
