The Vacancy

Opportunity to join our World-class team at The Grove

Are you a dedicated and professional lifeguard looking to work in a premium setting? Our 5-star outdoor pool area is going through a huge refurbishment and is the perfect place for you to showcase your skills and be part of a world-class team.

• 5-star outdoor pool area
• Luxury cabanas and seating areas for our guests

Now we need you to help us bring this vision to life as a lifeguard in this brand-new, high-end setting!

In order to be considered for the role, we will carry out a competency test where you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Swim length of the Walled Garden pool in no more than 60 seconds
• Climb out of a swimming pool unaided by ladders/steps and where pool design permits
• Must be NPLQ qualified for at least 6 months
• Will be DBS checked

We are offering fixed term contracts April-September which are 24 hours per week, 32 hours per week, and 40 hour per week contracts.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential:
National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
Previous Lifeguard Pool experience
Clear conversational and written English Language
A flexible attitude
Ability to follow specific instructions

Desirable:
First Aid at Work (full 4 day course)
