Job summary

Freedom Leisure is hiring Lifeguards to join our teams across England and Wales. You’ll help ensure pool safety, deliver great customer service and create welcoming environments for all ages. Casual hours offer training and development opportunities.

With an NPLQ or equivalent and a positive, energetic approach, you will supervise swimmers, assist with related activities and contribute to a safe, enjoyable leisure experience. Benefits include staff discounts and progression potential.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when needed

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent
• An ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues
• To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
