Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking lifeguards to join our teams across England and Wales on casual hours, as and when needed. You’ll supervise pool safety, assist with customer service, and help create a welcoming environment for people of all ages and abilities.

Required NPLQ or equivalent and First Aid at Work, with strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset. We offer flexible hours, staff discounts, benefits, and opportunities to develop within a values‑driven charity.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when needed.
