Freedom Leisure is recruiting a lifeguard to help maintain safe, welcoming pools and sport facilities. You will work a 30.25 hour rota across Monday to Sunday, delivering great customer service and supporting our community's wellbeing.

We offer training and development, a strong benefits package, and opportunities to progress to swim teaching or supervisory roles as you gain experience. You will join a charity-focused employer dedicated to improving lives through leisure.

Qualificações

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• First Aid at Work.
• An ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues.
• To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
• Flexible and adaptable.
